We don’t place upper limits on how much you can buy from us – although for very large orders we reserve the right to check payment has been safely received before despatching any research chemicals to you. If you do want to place a large order, we recommend paying the extra money for Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is much safer and packages are guaranteed against loss or damage up to a fairly generous value. Once your order has left us, we’ll have proof of despatch and a tracking number for you, but unfortunately we can’t accept responsibility for anything that gets lost in the post. You are welcome to place a claim with Royal Mail in the unlikely event the package doesn’t arrive.
